You’ll need to pay a non-refundable membership fee that equals 25% of your full package. If you can’t take a vacation in a year, you have the option to move it to the next year by paying 10% of the total package cost. When you cancel a confirmed vacation more than 45 days before your check-in date, you’ll lose 25% of your membership amount. Cancellations less than 45 days before check-in mean no refund, but you can use that amount for a future vacation. If you’re unable to take your vacation as confirmed, it might get cancelled or postponed, depending on the situation at that time. Should you find yourself unable to use your vacation, you have the choice to give it to a friend or someone you know.
You can enjoy membership perks until your membership ends. We’ll set the length of your membership based on what you need. Once it’s over, your benefits stop . These perks are good all week long, except for blackout dates. Just remember, you can’t mix these benefits with other discounts or special deals.
On the following dates, none of the advantages will be available. Valentine’s Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, and Christmas Eve. A 40% additional fee will be applied to your entire package if you choose to travel during blackout dates.
It is not necessary for the member to be present at the time of check-in; guests of the member may also use this membership by presenting a valid form of identification at the time of check-in. This membership can be transferred to members’ immediate family members.
KS Groups reserves the right to alter any terms and conditions at any time without giving you advance notice, but we will notify you by phone, email, and message.
If the chosen dates of your reservation are already taken, we will upgrade your room based on availability.
For our valued clients, we will offer early check-in and early check-out.
We will give our guests (family) vouchers for 20% off when they spend Rs. 2000 or more. (Food that is vegetarian or not)

Initially, membership requires full payment; if the client is unable to pay, 25% must be paid on the day of confirmation and the remaining balance must be paid within a month.
The amount will be considered canceled if the payment is not received within a month.
Before finalizing your vacation, please check with the sales representative since we provide BB, CP, MAP, and Half Board meal options in nearly every destination. Meal plans are not applicable in some places, thus you will need to buy your own food.
