(1) To confirm the package, 50% of the total amount must be paid in advance into our company’s account. On arrival (the first day of the tour), the remaining 50% of the package cost will be collected.
(2) The business is fully entitled to terminate services in the event that either the advance or the remaining amount is not paid.
(3) Since the issued confirmation letter includes crucial information such as the confirmed hotel, taxi details, and service contact numbers, customers are required to bring it with them on their journey.
Advance payment can be made on our website, www.ksgroupstourguide.com, using wallets via EBS, CC-Avenue, HDFC gateway, Paytm, Atom, and Net banking, credit card, or debit card.
Additionally, EMI options are offered through our gateways:
(1) The possibility to deposit cash at KS Groups’ offices
(2) Payment in cash to any of the banks listed below (HDFC, PNB, ICICI, AXIS, SBI, BOI, and Yes Bank).
(1) The mentioned bundle can be altered to meet the needs of the client.
(2) AC will not be used in hill locations. (Mostly for the Northeast and North India regions.) Every vehicle that is rented is used point-to-point and is not disposed of.
(3) According to standard hotel policies, check-in and check-out times are 12:00 PM and 10:00 AM, respectively (early check-in is subject to availability). NOTE: Check-in and check-out times may differ depending on the hotel.
(4) Meal schedules must be adhered to in accordance with hotel instructions. We will not be held accountable for any meals that are revealed.
(5) In certain tourist locations, hotel amenities, services, aids, etc., are not comparable to those in more developed locations. In Himachal, hotels are not ranked according to star ratings, such as 1, 2, 3*, and so forth, but rather according to location, services, and price.
(6) In order to guarantee the seamless operation of tours, we might need to reschedule the touring days if certain monuments are closed on that specific day.
(7) Any unforeseen circumstance may result in additional costs. Any expenses resulting from natural disasters or political unrest are paid for immediately by the traveler. Final confirmation acceptance should only be made in writing, and there won’t be any discounts given once the confirmation letter is sent.
(8) Service tax and service charge are not the same.
(9) To guarantee the seamless operation of tours, the company is entitled to reschedule the days for site-seeing. All passengers, even youngsters, must have a valid Indian government picture ID with them.
(10) The business will not be held accountable for any cancellations or delays brought on by heavy traffic, blocked roads, strikes, natural catastrophes, technical issues, or any other unanticipated circumstance. In addition, these circumstances might necessitate additional services at a higher expense.
(1) KS Groups and the customer do not enter into a contract until the company receives the first deposit for the designated tour package.
(2) The company is responsible for collecting cancellation fees from the client if the customer wants to cancel their reservation before 15 days before the trip date for any reason, including illness, accident, or other personal reasons, and they have not paid the remaining amount. Any cancellations need to be reported in writing.
(3) If the cancellation is made within 15 days of the trip dates or show scenarios, the 50% advance amount is also non-refundable.
(4) In extraordinary circumstances, such as the immediate death of a family member (only blood relatives), the business may return the advance payment amount, but only after subtracting its service fees, hotel/transport costs, etc. The business will also require the death certificate in order to process the refund. (Note: This policy will not be entertained if the cancellation may occur during the tour.)
(5) In accordance with government regulation, the company retains the right to alter the package price based on the state of the market. Customers will only receive the services specified on their booking voucher; informal promises will not be accepted.
(6) Any free services that are not rendered cannot be redeemed for cash or other services.
(7) If the advance amount—50% of the entire trip package cost—is insufficient, KS Groups has the right to cancel your invoice.
(8) Provide a turnaround time of two to five business days for processing and crediting the customer’s bank account with the refund.
(1) Please contact us via email 15 days prior to the trip date if the client would like to prepone or postpone their travel dates.
(2) Customers may postpone or prepone their tour once without incurring additional fees as long as they notify the tour operator in writing at least 15 days prior to the scheduled departure date. Postponing a second time, however, will result in additional fees.
(3) Keep in mind that even after fulfilling the aforementioned condition, some service providers (such as hotels and transporters) may request to postpone or delay costs. In these situations, the advance amount deposited will be reduced by postpone/prepone fees.
(4) The services and pricing in all prepone or postpone situations will depend on the hotel’s or Volvo’s availability as well as the time of year.
(5) Any changes to the itinerary made less than 15 days prior to the departure date are not accepted. In unusual circumstances, such as unfavorable weather or strikes, the package may be delayed; you will be informed in advance.
(6) You can use your advance payment in prepone or postpone situations for a period of one year from the date of advance payment (the rate may change depending on the season). You can give your booking to any of your friends or family members because both the advance payment and the invoice number you were given are transferable.
(Note: You must first comply with the aforementioned terms and restrictions in order to transfer your reservation).
